Winter Break

While elves and parents alike were hard at work this holiday season, I enjoyed a relaxing winter break and am ready to take on this last semester of grad school!

Maine: Where the Fish Just Jump on Your Hook

So yesterday at Holbrook Pond I was just messing around trying to remember how to fish (since it's been years, and I just got my Maine fishing license). Then, while I was fixing the line that was all tangled, my hook and worm happened to be in the water and a redbreasted sunfish just decided to catch itself on my hook! I wasn't even trying or ready for it!!! But after that I caught some type of bass (smallmouth I think) and another sunfish!
I guess this makes me an angler now.... :D
